Corporate Social Responsibility Policy

The purpose of this Corporate Social Responsibility policy is to outline our commitment in relation to Corporate Social Responsibility.

At Just Move, CSR is about the moral principles, policies, and values that govern the way we engage in business activities. It is not just about the legal requirements but also aims to establish a code of conduct that drives employee behaviour at all times and helps build trust between our business and its customers.

For our customers, we offer full compliance to laws and legislations, set by government agencies as well as FIDI, the global alliance of international moving and relocation companies.

In relation to the respective charters, we support and commit to;

  • never engaging in any form of bribery, either directly or indirectly.
  • never offering or making and improper payment, or authorise an improper payment to any individual, including any local or foreign official anywhere in the world.
  • never attempting to induce an individual, or a local or foreign official to behave illegally or improperly.
  • never offering or accepting, money or anything of value, such as gifts, kickbacks or commissions, in connection with the procurement of business or award of a contract.
  • never offering a gift or token of hospitality to any public employee or government official or representative if there is any expectation or implication for a return favour.
  • never accepting any gift from any business partner if there is any suggestion that a return favour will be expected or implied.

By actively seeking out feedback from our customers, we continue to learn how to best interact and serve our customers. We are a customer centric company with high expectation of staff and partners to deliver excellence in customer service; end-to-end.

Rules, regulations such as FIDI FAIM requirements, help guide us in this endeavour.  We ensure we take onboard what we learn on a case-by-case basis and by our ‘soft skill’ training sessions, held at least twice a year and at our regular team meetings.

Our Partner Network

Our supply chain partners are required to fully comply with our business ethics, to include FIDI FAIM’s ATC and ABC Charters.

Our supplier chain / partner selection criteria are compliant with our requirements, price, delivery reliability and historic performance data. Areas of potential conflict with regard to our policies are being addressed and discussed.  We have a procedure on how we select our partners which is reviewed and updated at least once a year.

Our partners should comply to the PCG-Professional Cooperation Guidelines, which are created by FIDI and accepted throughout our Industry (also recognized by IAM, LACMA and PAIMA branch-organisations).

Our Community

We lead by example. We are actively participating in our professional communities and encourage to ‘give and give back’.

The impact of doing our business can be difficult to calculate but we attempt to do where possible.  As a growing company, we keep an open eye for any particular environmental or social issues, such as waste disposal and traffic conduct etc. Moreover, we endeavour to support the local market where we can and are interested in supporting local social activities and charitable efforts.
